Born from the passions of sport, dance and photography sportsonline.net.au was formed in 2005 by Alan Delaney and Sharon Cutajar.

Alan was drawn to photography after first looking through his dad's camera aged 15. After graduating from Berkshire College of Art + Design in the UK he worked in the design and media business, and his work is now held in public and private collections worldwide. Before and since then there was always sport. Soccer, cricket, rugby, hockey, badminton, squash, sailing, but no skiing.

Sharon Cutajar had a similar early experience with a camera. After a career in fashion retail management, a degree in psychology, a diploma of illustrative photography from Photography Studies College in Melbourne and 15 years of ballet, many of these parts came together.

sportsonline.net.au stands for the art of playing sport and making images. It's a simple plan based on the belief that we give our best service doing what we love.
